DELIVERY

pip home currently offers delivery within the NYC area only. please complete the delivery quote form if you require a quote prior to purchasing. pip home can refer you to a third-party, fully insured delivery company if you would like. all delivery rates are calculated by the delivery company based on distance, size & weight of item, number of stairs, etc. we work to keep delivery rates competitive. after placing your order, we will contact you to set up the delivery. the delivery fee is payable to the delivery company directly at the time of delivery. the delivery fee is payable to the company directly at the time of delivery and is not included in your purchase from pip home. once the item has been picked up from the studio, pip home releases any liability from what may occur during transit. if you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please contact the delivery company directly. as with pickups, deliveries must be made within 14 days from purchase date.

NOTE: for larger items, please ensure your hallways, doorways, and elevators, if applicable, are wide enough to accommodate the delivery. delivery fees will not be refunded if the item is undeliverable under these circumstances. 

PICKUP

an appointment is required for pickups. you are responsible for picking up your item from the studio within two weeks of your purchase. arrangements can be made for storing items for a longer period of time for a storage fee. please note, we are unable to loan out our dollies or any other moving supplies, and our staff is unable to help you load the pieces outside of the studio — please come prepared! 

SHIPPING

shipping is only available for smaller items for a fee. those that are eligible for shipping will have the option noted in the item description. if you would like an eligible item shipped to you, please contact pip home for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

DEPOSITS/HOLDS

pip home does not accept any holds or deposits under any circumstances.

RETURNS

pip home does not offer returns. all sales are final, and no refunds will be administered once the order is placed and paid for. please measure and ask as many questions as you need to ensure the piece is the perfect fit for you. i am always happy to send additional photos, videos, or any other information to make you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

VINTAGE DISCLAIMER

all items are sold as is. please understand that these are vintage, pre-loved items that can show signs of wear consistent with age. i work diligently to be transparent in disclosing any flaws, but if you have any specific questions regarding condition do not hesitate to reach out. if there is a malfunction of the item after your purchase, pip home is not liable to repair, replace, or refund the item.
